This project like the last started from a simple box. This was a very fun project to work on and experiment even more with tools I haven't used. Getting the basic model of the plane was quite easy but getting more complex shapes like the wheels on the bottom were very difficult to try and get something I liked. This helped refine my skills from the tank project and take what I learnt from there and help expand it. This felt somewhat similar to the tank in scope and I would like to expand my skill even further from what this project was able to offer.

I began this project with just a simple box. I really enjoyed making a simple primitive into a much more complex object, I also enjoyed playing around with the tools and using them to make it more to my liking. I found this project not too hard but just getting the smaller edges to work how I wanted them and making sure it was symmetrical.
During this project I realized how similar the process of drawing and modeling is on a fundamental level. When drawing the first thing you do is observe an object or person and break it down into its simplest shapes and modeling is a very similar process as I am breaking down objects into shades and then making them and building them into a finished product.
This is my first assignment I will have worked on this year. This was a fun starter working in computer modeling and animation. I personally found animations a little weird to start with but it came easier as I worked on it. This has taught me the basics and has given me a foundation to now grow from. I have already taken an drafting class so I was able to use some of my experience from that class here when it came to modeling out everything. If I could make this again I would animate the ball more like making it bounce once it hit the ground.
